Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

Because Receiptac is a digital service delivered instantly, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you were charged in error or experienced a serious service failure, contact support@receiptac.com within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith.

Downgrades

Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.

Account Deletion

You can request full account and data deletion by emailing us. We will process within 14 days.
