- Business data you enter (business name, logo, receipts, expenses, team members).
- Usage data (log-ins, feature usage) to improve the product.
- Payment metadata via Paystack — we never store your full card details.
How We Use It
- To operate and improve Receiptac.
- To process subscription payments.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, invoices, security alerts).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with processors we need to run the Service (hosting, payments, email).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security scopes each business’s data to its owner and invited members.
Your Rights
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@receiptac.com.
