By creating an account or using Receiptac (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use Receiptac to issue fraudulent receipts, misrepresent transactions, evade taxes, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans renew monthly (or annually where applicable) via Paystack. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira. Promotional pricing is valid for the period stated and may revert to standard pricing thereafter.

4. Content Ownership

You own the data and receipts you create. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
